Quill Nail Water Decals from Sparkly Nails

PRESS SAMPLE
Quills were the primary writing instrument in the Western World from the 6th to the 19th century. The best quills were usually made from goose, swan, and later turkey feathers. Quills went into decline after the invention of the metal pen, mass production began in Great Britain as early as 1822 by John Mitchell of Birmingham.  Thank you Wiki for the info!  So today's mani is a light & dark pink sponged based with Quill water decals from Sparkly Nails on top.  There are 20 decals in the pack in black & white.
If you've not tried water decals before, give them a go, simply soak in a little water, remove from the backing paper, apply to your painted nails and seal with top coat - done!
